1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phwinn ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the phwinn website and associated applications.

By accessing phwinn, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

phwinn reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phwinn will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of phwinn following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phwinn. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. phwinn strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

phwinn's services are intended for users located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of phwinn is lawful in your jurisdiction. phwinn does not represent that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to use phwinn:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from phwinn or any other gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of phwinn or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been identified as problem gamblers by any recognized authority;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access phwinn's gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.

3.2 Account Verification

phwinn may require you to verify your identity at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when phwinn has reason to believe that account information is inaccurate or fraudulent. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID).

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active phwinn account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. phwinn reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwinn login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phwinn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phwinn immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phwinn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your phwinn account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your phwinn account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. phwinn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by phwinn within the timeframes stated on the platform. Before any withdrawal is processed, phwinn may require identity verification in accordance with Section 3.2. phwinn reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited. phwinn complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on phwinn are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. phwinn is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phwinn may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. phwinn reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phwinn actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. phwinn reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

phwinn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account, provided the user has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phwinn and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phwinn games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the phwinn platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phwinn's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwinn staff or other users;
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phwinn account.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwinn platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of phwinn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phwinn solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phwinn content without prior written consent from phwinn.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwinn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phwinn does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phwinn's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

phwinn is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for an extended period;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from phwinn if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered.

10 Termination

phwinn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phwinn reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, phwinn may forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination not for cause, phwinn will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may close your phwinn account at any time by contacting phwinn support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after verification.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phwinn informally by contacting our support team. phwinn will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
